YOGA

I have been practicing yoga for several years now, and over time it has become an inseparable part of my life. From my very first classes, I felt that yoga was opening a new dimension for me — a space for inner peace, self-development, and a deeper connection with both body and mind. This naturally led me not only to regular practice but also to studying yoga in depth and sharing it with others.
As a male yoga instructor, I bring a slightly different energy to my classes, which many people find refreshing and inspiring. There are still relatively few male guides in the yoga world, so I see it as my mission to offer a new perspective and balance in an environment often dominated by women.
In my teaching, I focus mainly on developing flexibility, working with breath, and facilitating deep relaxation — both physical and mental. I help people find balance, release tension, and rediscover the joy of movement and stillness. I am a certified Level II yoga instructor, I live a vegan lifestyle, and I am initiated as a Reiki Master. For me, yoga is not just exercise — it is a path to joy, love, and wholeness.
